Return Policy

  Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Used or worn product is ineligible for a Refund. However, Tennis Express may issue a partial store credit for product returned in a used or worn condition. Credit is at the discretion of Tennis Express based on the amount of wear and use on the product. Store credits expire after 90 days.

How to Return

Submit a return request by visiting https://tennisexpress.com/pages/parcellab-returns-tennisexpress

1. Log in with your order number and email.
2. If your order has more than one item, select the items you will like to return.
3. Select the item condition and reason for return. Optionally add any comments.
4. Save and continue to return options.

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing either a prepaid return label or a QR code, along with instructions for returning your item via FedEx. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and process the return. If the return meets our policy requirements, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

To be eligible for a free prepaid FedEx Ground return label:

  • The order total must exceed $50 (before tax).
  • Following the return, the retained merchandise value must remain above $50 (before tax).*
  • One complimentary return shipping label is permitted per order.
  • This offer is valid only within the continental United States.

*Example: Order 123456 is $75 before tax. If a $30 item is returned, the remaining order total becomes $45, which is below $50; therefore, the order does not qualify for free return shipping.

  If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal. A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for returning the item using your preferred carrier at your own expense. Please retain your tracking information for your records.

Please note:

  • If you use one of our prepaid return labels, you may drop off your shipment at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any store credit issued will expire within 90 days.

Final Sale Notice: All final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For final sale items purchased prior to 5/29/25, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Apparel Returns and Exchanges

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing.
  • Accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
  • Apparel items carry no manufacturer warranty.

Shoe Returns and Exchanges

  • Shoes must be in new, unworn condition and include the original product packaging.
  • Do not use the original shoe box as the outer shipping carton, as this may damage the product.
  • Accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
  • For shoe outsole warranty claims, please refer to our Shoe Warranty page.

Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges

  • Racquets or paddles must be in new, unused condition, with the original plastic wrap on the handle intact.
  • Ensure all racquets or paddles are properly packaged to withstand shipping.
  • For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of stringing will not be refunded.
  • All sales are final on used racquets.

Drop Ship Returns

  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Tennis Express prior to returning the item. Please email [email protected] to initiate your return request.
  • Drop-shipped items must be in new, unused condition and include original product packaging.
  • Any restocking fees or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we may evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
