Timea Babos born in Sopron, Hungary has continued her juniors success onto the pro tour. In her final year of juniors she was able to capture the French Open, Wimbledon and US Open Junior Doubles titles with partner Sloane Stephens. In 2012 she captured her first WTA Singles title at Monterrey and finished in the top 100 for the first time in her career. Timea has continued her success by capturing her first Grand Slam Doubles title at the 2018 Australian Open with partner Kristina Mladenovic and reaching five other grand slam doubles finals. Her and Mladenovic have created a dynamic duo in recent years capturing 3 straight WTA Tour Final titles and finishing those years ranked at No. 1. Timea has an aggressive style of play and loves to play on hard courts. She likes traveling to different places and seeing different cultures through tennis.
