Ons Jabeur was born in Ksar El Hellar, Tunisia on Aug 28, 1994, to her mother Samira, and her father Ridha. She grew up with two brothers and one sister: Hatem, Marwen, and Yasmine, and her mother shared a love for tennis with Ons who began playing at the age of 3. Since playing, Ons found that her favorite shots are forehand and volleys, she also likes slices and drop shots and is a fan of all surfaces. Ons is also multi-lingual and speaks Arabic, English, and French. On top of that, she is learning Russian since her husband is half-Russian. Her favorite tournament is the Roland Garros and her favorite tennis memory is winning the Roland Garros juniors in 2011.
