Caroline Wozniacki was born July 11, 1990 in Odense, Denmark. She began playing tennis at the age of 7 and is known for her retrieving style and court speed. Her father Piotr played professional soccer in Poland and Denmark, and has served as her tennis coach even since she was a young child. Her mother played volleyball for the Polish National team, and her brother, Patrik, plays professional soccer in Denmark. Over the course of her career she has won 30 WTA Singles titles and has reached WTA Singles Finals 25 times. Her biggest achievements came in 2018 when she captured the Australian Open Women's Singles Title and reaching the world No. 1 ranking after losing twice in the 2009 and 2014 US Open Singles Finals. Woz enjoys soccer, swimming, watching golf, attending fashion shows, singing karaoke with best friend Serena Williams, playing with her dog, Bruno, and reading or watching movies to relax. She married former NBA player David Lee in June 2019.
