Arthur Rinderknech was born into a life of tennis, as his mother, Virginie Paquet, was a former French professional tennis player. During his college years, he was a five-time All-American at Texas A&M University, with 3 singles and 2 doubles. He made his Grand Slam debut as a wildcard in the 2018 French Open doubles. Rinderknech broke into the ATP Top 50 in January 2022 after he reached his first ATP Tour final at Adelaide. Later that year in October, he hit his career high of No. 42 by reaching 4 consecutive quarter finals at Metz, Tel Aviv, Gijon, and Basel, becoming the No. 1 Frenchman in the ATP.
