Description

With the Clash 108 v3 Demo Tennis Racquet, Wilson improves on their most flexible performance frame. For starters, the racquet returns to a black cosmetic with flashes of red. Wilson's FORTYFIVE frame technology features updated carbon mapping which improves the racquet's flex, but it also still maintains best-in-class stability. Clash is different from other racquets because it flexes both vertically and horizontally to complement any swing style. The added flex doesn't reduce stability thanks to the unique torsional strength which helps keep the racquet head from twisting on off-center hits. The Clash 108 is 27.25 inches long, an the extra 1/4 inch gives the racquet greater stability and power. For seasoned doubles players with medium-fast swings, who want some added reach and plenty of comfort, The 108 is hard to beat.

-There is only one Clash.

-Arm friendly, yet stable.

-Versatile for flatter traditional strokes and more modern vertical swings.

The racquet is great with

"The racquet is great with good power without vibration but the nylon strings that it came with are a disappointment."

Lively

"I demoed this racquet very briefly, preferring one of the other racquets in the package. It was lively, light in the hand, and--for my game--would present some control problems until I got used to it. Since I am an older player, I worried that it might cause arm problems, as well. Again, though, I only hit with briefly before moving on, so this review may not be a fair description."
