Description

HEAD added a new Auxetic 2.0 construction for a refined feel at impact with the Gravity Pro 2025 Tennis Racquet. The Gravity features a cleaned-up cosmetic with subtle color-shifting. The combination of Graphene Inside and an elliptical beam makes the frame so unique. Once again, the Gravity Pro features a Sweet Zone head shape which places the widest section of the head higher up in the hoop. This design rewards advanced players who attack the ball with racquet head speed and prefer a softer flex.
The Gravity Pro has a thin 20-millimeter beam and a dense 18x20 string pattern. The 11.1-ounce unstrung weight makes this racquet incredibly solid when fending off attacking shots from an opponent. For the new version, HEAD redesigned the grommets for better durability. The half-cap design also improves the racquet stability up higher in the head. Advanced players who crave feel and control will love the precision of the Gravity Pro 2025 Tennis Racquet.

String Recommendation: HEAD Hawk Touch 17 at 52 pounds

Features:

-Auxetic 2.0 for a refined feel

-Thin beam for precision and control

-Flip Cosmetic

-New grommet structure

Expert Review

One of the most impressive control racquets on the market, and the frame Zverev and Rublev swing. A heavy, thin-beamed 100 with a dense 18x20 pattern and a surprisingly soft feel, built for an advanced player who wants pinpoint precision and their own power.

Great for: Best For Advanced players, strong tournament juniors and collegiate players who attack with racquet-head speed and want control and feel above easy power. The 11-plus-ounce weight and head-light balance make it rock solid against pace and pinpoint when you time the ball, and the soft flex keeps a heavy control frame comfortable. There is real power in the mass for those who can leverage it.

Not ideal for: Players who want easy, free put-away power or a large margin for error. The Pro is a low-power advanced frame, so intermediates should start with the Gravity MP or the Gravity Tour.

Very slight update; still a winning formula

"Everyone knows what this racket is about: terrific control and feel, world-best ability to absorb pace in expert-level rallies and serve returns, booming serves, fantastic for two-handed backhands, not quite as much precision as a Blade but still precise, and soooo much more forgiveness and power. A genuine 5. 0 / pro designed racket. It still requires big strokes: if you aren't at least a 4. 5, look elsewhere, as this will punish imperfect form or lack of fitness. As compared to previous versions, this 2025 is even more plush, which has increased its soft control very slightly but reduced touch/feel very slightly. The update is perceptible, but only barely. If you have a giant serve, and love to hit overheads and swinging volleys, this remains one of the very best choices. Not very string sensitive: Head Lynx Tour 17 plays well in this at anywhere from 35 pounds (more power) to 55 pounds (maximum control)."
