At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.
Return Policy
Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Used or worn product is ineligible for a Refund. However, Tennis Express may issue a partial store credit for product returned in a used or worn condition. Credit is at the discretion of Tennis Express based on the amount of wear and use on the product. Store credits expire after 90 days.
How to Return
Submit a return request by visiting Return Portal.
1. Log in with your order number and email.
2. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
3. Select the item condition and reason for return. Optionally add any comments.
4. Save and continue to return options.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a label or QR code for your FedEx return label and shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
To qualify for a FREE prepaid FedEx Ground return label:
* Your order must be over $50 (before tax and any shipping fees).
* After your return, the value of what you keep must still be over $50 (before tax and any shipping fees).
* Limit 1 free return label per order.
* Valid only for the continental United States.
Example: You place a $75 order and return a $30 item. Your remaining total is $45, which is under $50, so this order does NOT qualify for free return shipping.
If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you can still use our return portal for a flat $6.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you're responsible for shipping items back to us, so please hold onto your tracking information.
Please note:
* If you use one of our prepaid labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
* Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.

Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges
* Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
* Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
* For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
* All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

Drop Ship Returns
* Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
* You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express prior to shipping. Please email [email protected] with your return request.
* Drop shipped items must be in new and unused condition with original product packaging.
* Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

String Types
Natural Gut
This premium tennis string offers unmatched tension maintenance and feel, suitable for all players. Made from serosa fibers, it’s expensive but highly effective. While once sensitive to weather, modern coatings have improved its durability. No other string matches natural gut for tension and power.Multifilament
Made from nylon filaments bound with polyurethane, offer more power and comfort than solid-core strings. They mimic natural gut's performance at a lower cost, making them ideal for players with sensitive arms and elbows, though they lose tension faster compared to natural gut.Monofilament
Made from a single extruded material, they are durable but offer less power and comfort than other strings. Co-polyester monofilaments are slightly softer, providing control and spin for players with fast swings. Preferred by intermediate and advanced players, they lose tension faster than other string types.Synthetic Gut

This is the diameter of the string, commonly expressed in millimeters and/or gauge numbers (the higher the gauge number, the thinner the string, and vice versa). String tension is crucial for racquet playability, typically ranging from 40-70 pounds (18-32 kilograms). The recommended tension range is usually indicated near the racquet's throat. Higher tension offers more control but less power, while lower tension provides more power with less feel and control. Starting in the middle of this range is ideal. Strings lose tension rapidly after installation, often by 10% within 24 hours, reducing elasticity and requiring more player-generated power. To maintain optimal performance, restring your racquet regularly—at least every six months or as many times per year as you play per week.

Yonex updates its best-selling EZONE series with the EZONE 98 8th Gen Espresso Brown Tennis Racquet. The colorway is a nice departure from EZONE Blue, and the racquet maintains the same playing specifications as the 8th Gen version. For starters, the length of the top of the frame has been expanded to broaden the sweet spot. The 8th Gen EZONE's slightly wider beam at the top increases the power and responsiveness over the previous generation by almost 5%. The inverted frame structure provides additional flex and ball pocketing to improve the feel. Further refining the feel is a technology called MINOLON. The finely threaded material creates a web-like structure within the graphite shaft to increase vibration dampening. Rounding out the comfort story is Yonex's tried-and-true VDM (Vibration Dampening Mesh) inside the racquet handle. The EZONE 98 gives intermediate and advanced players a well-rounded frame that is capable of control, power, and comfort.

The control-and-comfort EZONE, and the frame Pegula, Shelton and Kyrgios swing. A new-mould 98 with a softer flex, a plush DR-like feel and a stable, higher swing weight, for a stronger player who wants an EZONE's power reined in by control and feel.
How it plays
Great for: Intermediate to advanced players with big or medium swings who want control, comfort and stability without losing power. The softer flex and the MINOLON and VDM comfort tech deliver a plush, connected feel, the expanded sweet spot forgives, and the higher swing weight keeps it planted and precise. A well-rounded player's frame that finishes points at the net.
Not ideal for: Players who want easy, effortless power or a lighter, more maneuverable frame, and anyone who cannot yet finish a full swing. The EZONE 100 is the easier, more powerful option, and players who want even more mass should look at the EZONE 98 Tour.
