TennisExpress Points is our loyalty program that rewards you for shopping with us. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

Simply create an account on our website, and you'll be automatically enrolled in the TennisExpress Points Program.

Earn points with every purchase:

  • Gold Tier: Spend $0–$299 to earn 1 point per dollar.
  • Platinum Tier: Spend $300–$799 to earn 1.5 points per dollar.
  • Diamond Tier: Spend $800+ to earn 2 points per dollar.

All points are added 45 days after a purchase is made.

Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase per year. After 12 months of inactivity, points will expire.

Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Rewards' section. Select the reward you wish to redeem, and a discount will be applied to your next purchase.

Points can be earned on most products. However, certain items may be excluded from the program. Please refer to our terms and conditions for a detailed list.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Yes, you can use your TennisExpress Points rewards alongside other promotional codes and offers.

Click on Rewards icon on the header of our site log into your account and visit the 'My Rewards' section to view your current points balance and tier status.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Tennis Express Rewards Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Points Eligibility

  • Reward points are earned only on qualifying merchandise purchased on or after the effective date.
  • Points are not awarded on the following: Demo Racquets, All Babolat categories, Wilson racquets, Solinco racquets, Head racquets, Team gear, Training equipment, Tennis balls, or Gift cards.
  • Exclusions may apply to select MAP products.

Coupon Use Recommendation

  • Choose a coupon value that closely matches your order total to maximize rewards.
  • Example: For an $80 order, using a $50 coupon is preferable to using a $100 coupon, as any unused coupon value is forfeited.

Returns and Points Refund Eligibility

  • If an entire order is returned, any redeemed points applied to that order will be returned to your rewards balance.
  • Partial returns do not qualify for redeemed points to be reissued.
  • Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your rewards balance.
