Everything you need to know about trying racquets before you buy.

How Does the Demo Program Work?

Find the perfect racquet for your game with the Tennis Express Demo Program. Browse our huge selection of tennis racquets and choose up to three to demo online for just $24.99. This fee includes shipping both ways with a pre-paid FedEx return label.

All demo racquets in your order will ship together once they’re in stock. Each is strung with the manufacturer’s recommended string. To get started, simply select 1–3 demo racquets, add them to your cart, and check out. Orders ship via FedEx Ground, typically arriving in 2–5 business days. You'll have one week from delivery to test them out before returning.

Customers can only have one set of demos out at a time and the next order won't be shipped until the first order is on the way back. 
Shipping Restrictions and Terms

We do not ship demo racquets to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, PO Boxes, or US Territories. To ensure everyone has a chance to try demos, please review our Program Details and Terms of Use. Late returns incur a $2.00 per racquet, per day fee. If racquets are not returned within 7 days of your due date, your credit card will be charged the full retail price. Removing the barcode label on the demo will incur a $10 fee for the replacement label.
How Do I Ship Them Back?

Return your demos by placing them in the original box, attaching the enclosed return label, and dropping them off at any manned FedEx location. Do not use unmanned drop boxes or other carriers. There are no additional fees if returned on time. For assistance, call our Customer Service at (713) 435-4800.
Discounts

When you demo with us, you’ll get a $25 coupon toward a new racquet purchase (select models over $149). Your coupon will be emailed to you after you complete your demo.
Can I Demo In-Store?

Local Houston customers can also visit our store to demo up to three racquets for $24.99. This fee includes trying the racquets for up to a week. For more details, check our in-store demo policy.
