Return Policy
Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Used or worn product is ineligible for a Refund. However, Tennis Express may issue a partial store credit for product returned in a used or worn condition. Credit is at the discretion of Tennis Express based on the amount of wear and use on the product. Store credits expire after 90 days.
How to Return
Submit a return request by visiting Return Portal.
1. Log in with your order number and email.
2. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
3. Select the item condition and reason for return. Optionally add any comments.
4. Save and continue to return options.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a label or QR code for your FedEx return label and shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
To qualify for a FREE prepaid FedEx Ground return label:
* Your order must be over $50 (before tax and any shipping fees).
* After your return, the value of what you keep must still be over $50 (before tax and any shipping fees).
* Limit 1 free return label per order.
* Valid only for the continental United States.
Example: You place a $75 order and return a $30 item. Your remaining total is $45, which is under $50, so this order does NOT qualify for free return shipping.
If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you can still use our return portal for a flat $6.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you're responsible for shipping items back to us, so please hold onto your tracking information.

Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges

Drop Ship Returns
* Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.

* Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Damages and Issues

Natural Gut
This premium tennis string offers unmatched tension maintenance and feel, suitable for all players. Made from serosa fibers, it’s expensive but highly effective. While once sensitive to weather, modern coatings have improved its durability. No other string matches natural gut for tension and power.Multifilament
Made from nylon filaments bound with polyurethane, offer more power and comfort than solid-core strings. They mimic natural gut's performance at a lower cost, making them ideal for players with sensitive arms and elbows, though they lose tension faster compared to natural gut.Monofilament
Made from a single extruded material, they are durable but offer less power and comfort than other strings. Co-polyester monofilaments are slightly softer, providing control and spin for players with fast swings. Strings lose tension rapidly after installation, often by 10% within 24 hours, reducing elasticity and requiring more player-generated power. The Babolat Pure Aero 98 2023 Tennis Racquet returns to a cosmetic reminiscent of the Aeropro Drive, in addition to a handful of performance updates. Advanced players will love the 16x20 string pattern and the slimmer beam. They help create the most control oriented Pure Aero model. Tons of players have fallen in love with the Aeromodular beam over the years. The design integrates the bumper and grommets together with an aerodynamic beam for more racquet head speed and spin. The Pure Aero 98 replaces the Pure Aero VS, and it features the same controlled 16x20 string pattern and a 10.8 ounce unstrung weight. While the previous Pure Aero VS featured SWX Pure Feel for vibration dampening, this 98 model drops that technology in favor of NF2 -Tech. Flax inserts are inserted at strategic locations for shock absorption but without a loss of feel to enhance the playing experience. The idea is to provide dampening without overly muting the ball at contact. The Pure Aero 98 is the heaviest model in the Pure Aero lineup.
