Võlkl enters the high-end multi-fiber string market with a revolutionary new manufacturing process called High-Pressure- Resin-Misting. This new process allows Võlkl`s Power-Fiber to have up to 30% less of the bonding-resin needed to secure the multi-fibers together. The end result is 30% more actual fibers within the same actual gauge of string. Power-Fiber has a final outer coating of Nylon 6.6 for easier stringing, and improved durability.

Ball Found the Sweet Spot

I play in a night mens league, which I affectionately call the six pack or cooler league. We have players forget their rackets, leave their shoes at home, but never..never has anyone forget to bring their beer to a match. About the strings: you can imagine anyone who drinks two beers BEFORE his match and takes swigs when we change sides, really doesnt place a high priority on their equipment - my racket is at least 9 years old, the spare has been in my car trunk since 1995. Well, last month the old strings broke and I replaced them with the Power Fiber II Strings 16. Why I dont know - but they did work, oh indeed - I was a Federer on 4.5% brew - but defeated my less inebriated opponent. I think it was the strings - cant remember.
