- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or select holidays.
- Most orders placed by 2pm CST will be shipped that day.

Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.
Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.

Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders
At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

Returns and Exchanges
Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation
- Log in to your account:
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal to request, for a small fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.
Please note:
- If you use one of our prepaid labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.
- DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.
- For shoe outsole warranty claims, please visit our Shoe Warranty page.
- Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
- Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
- For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
- All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.
- For racquet warranty claims, please visit our Racquet Warranty webpage.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
- Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express prior to shipping. Please email CS@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
- Drop shipped items must be in new and unused condition with original product packaging.
- Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How To Return
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include the paperwork in your return package.
Please note, the receipt number is the order number.
2. Obtain a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Your return qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label (CLICK HERE) if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label at a cost of $6.95, deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.
3. Ship the return back to us.
Please note:
- If you use one of our prepaid FedEx labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx Service Station or FedEx Drop Off location.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no cost via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Description
Yonex contnues the impressive Ezone launch with the Ezone 98+ Demo Tennis Racquet. This "+" version adds an extra half inch in length for more power and reach. The sixth generation Ezones have a new strong, yet elastic material in the throat called M40X. The graphite material improves the racquet’s flex while maintaining the tour level stability which is a hallmark of the Ezone franchise. Yonex improved the comfort of the Ezone 98+ by adding Vibration Dampening Mesh (VDM) in the handle. The material filters out unwanted vibrations without overly muting the response.
The sweet spot of the Ezone is massive do to Yonex’ Isometric head shape. With this version, the head is slightly wider at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions to create the largest sweet spot in the history of the Ezone franchise. By subtly varying the outer angle of the aero-shaped frame, the middle and upper portion of the racquet head remain plush, while the lower hoop is stable. Yonex carries over their Liner Tech string technology from the previous version by using straight hole grommets to elongate the strings. The result is more power and comfort, even when missing the sweet spot. According to Yonex, the updated Ezones will absorb 7.9% more shock and increase ball speed by 2.5% compared to the previous model. The Ezone 98+ is 10.8 ounces unstrung and has a spin-friendly 16x19 string pattern. Expect the Ezone 98+ to play slightly more head-heavy than the standard length version, but with boosts in stability and power.
