Wilson Dual Taper Beam

A tennis racquet bends from tip to handle during impact, and Wilson has developed a way to minimize this flex for added power. Dual Taper Beam frames are widest where the racquet head meets the shaft, making it more resistant to bending (flex) in this area. Less energy is lost to flex and is returned to the ball for additional power in the shot as compared to a racquet of similar flex without a Dual Taper Beam design.
