New Tennis Whites for Wimbledon

Colorful clothing is traded in for all-white duds during the Wimbledon fortnight, but the traditional tennis whites still have plenty of style.

Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova’s dress designs always get just as much attention as their play, and their looks for Wimbledon will not disappoint. With an embossed argyle print and a fun and funky strap construction, Serena’s Nike Women’s Statement Tennis Dress will be sure to please. A fun pop of color at the neckline and the lettuce edge ruffle at the bottom add just the personality and style Serena is known for.

Featuring pintuck detailing at bodice, the Nike Women’s Maria Slam Statement Dress brings back a little old-school style with knife pleats at the hem to enhance range of motion. A built-in definition bra provides support, while Nike’s Dri-Fit technology wicks away moisture. The lime green on the Dri-Fit elastic straps provides a just enough color to spice things up. We’ll see if Maria can capture her second Wimbledon title in this fun, flirty dress.

For those who prefer a two-piece ensemble, Nike has its Tie Breaker Knit Tennis Tank and Tie Breaker Knit Tennis Skirt for you to try. The top features contrast binding at the neck for reduced irritation and a pop of color, while the Dri-Fit jacquard side panels enhance ventilation to keep you cool on the court. The skirt features gathered side panels and a contrast color hem for a look that's sporty and feminine. The built-in shorts combine with the skirt’s thick waistband to smooth any unwanted curves.

Not to be outdone, the adidas Women’s adiPure Tennis Dress combines ClimaCool fabrication to keep you dry, and ForMotion technology that’s engineered for ultimate freedom of movement. The a-line shape flatters every body type, and with a lower body tape plisse effect and slight slits on the bottom, this dress will provide you with both flare and flair! The v-neckline and green accents add to this classic look and give it a modern twist.
And for you non-dress wearers out there, the adidas Women’s adiPower Barricade Capsleeve will be worn at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. Paired with the adidas Women’s adiZero Tennis Skort (yep, skorts are back!), you’ll have a fun two-piece look with a bright red punch of color. The top features capsleeves and a new feminine silhouette that is fitted to the body. With the classic adidas 3-stripe on the sleeves and a contrast-colored strap detail below the chest, the details in this top will catch your eye.
