Continental United States
We make every effort to process your order the same day it is placed. Air/Express orders placed before 2 PM Central time will be shipped the same day. Customers will be contacted via email or telephone with order issues or shipping delays. Please provide contact information where you can be reached quickly. Click Here for UPS rates within the continental United States (48 States).
Please allow up to 7 days for Ground Delivery.
lease note that the listed Ground and Express rates do not apply to oversize/overweight items. (For example: cases of tennis balls, ball machines, stringing machines, ball baskets, unusually large packages.) Shipping rates will be displayed within product description or customer will be contacted regarding additional fees.
Orders will not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays. Overnight orders placed on Friday will deliver the following Monday. Saturday Delivery is offered at higher rates. Customer may contact an Tennis Express Representative at 713-435-4800. or [email protected] regarding additional charge for Saturday Delivery.
Direct Customer Signature at time of delivery is available for an additional $2.50. Customers may request this service to be added to the shipment by calling 1-713-435-4818 or emailing [email protected]
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses
Orders being shipped outside of the Continental US, PO Boxes, Rural Route addresses, or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.
Shipping rates will vary depending on location, size and weight of package.
Customer will be contacted via email or telephone within 24 hours with shipping quote.

International Shipping
International customers will be contacted via email with shipping rates.
Orders shipping in boxes with larger dimensions than what is above will incur additional charges. Customers will be contacted by a Tennis Express Representative regarding these rates.
Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 7 days to 2 weeks.
Any shipping promotions offered by Tennis Express DOES NOT apply to shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states.
In-Store Pickup
Houston customers may select In Store Pickup online. Orders placed by 2PM will be ready for pick up by 5PM the same day. Customers will be contacted before then if there are any issues. Please note that orders containing only tennis string require a minimum of 6 sets or a $3 handling fee may be added to the order.
Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders
All International Orders involving billing and/or shipping addresses outside of the US will need to follow the procedures on our International Orders page. Customers will receive shipping quote via email afterwards.
