Jonathan Toker, Ph.D., founder of Toker Engineering LLC, developed the SaltStick products. Toker is an elite-level triathlete who hails from Canada and lives in Southern California. He received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry. The SaltStick journey began in 2002 when Toker was participating in Ironman races. The difficulty of using electrolyte capsules inspired him to develop a better way to hold and dispense capsules. SaltStick products are now sold in over 15 countries around the world to help athletes everywhere perform better in their athletic competitions.
